1. Service Description

Lucid Oracle ("the Service") is an AI-powered platform that provides dream interpretation, tarot and oracle card readings, palm readings, and horoscopes. The Service is operated by Sinisa Milojevic, Birkbuschstr. 11, Berlin, Germany.

2. Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not share your account or let others access it on your behalf.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits is prohibited.

3. Subscription Tiers & Billing

The Service offers three tiers:

  • Free — limited monthly usage at no cost
  • Seeker — €7.99/month or €79.99/year
  • Mystic — €14.99/month or €149.99/year

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

All AI-generated content on Lucid Oracle is provided for entertainment and personal insight purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice. You should not rely on AI-generated interpretations to make important life decisions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service.

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you submit (dream descriptions, images, voice recordings, etc.).
  • By using the Service, you grant Lucid Oracle a limited license to process your content through AI providers solely to deliver the requested interpretations.
  • We do not use your content for AI model training. Content is sent to AI providers only for real-time inference.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit content that is abusive, harmful, or violates the rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its APIs
  • Circumvent usage limits or access controls
  • Impersonate another person or entity

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucid Oracle and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. This does not affect your statutory rights under German or EU law.

8. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Material changes to these terms will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
