Lucid Oracle uses advanced AI models guided by established interpretive traditions to generate personalised readings. Here is exactly what happens behind the scenes — and what you should know before relying on any reading.
The Process
1. You provide input
Describe a dream, draw tarot cards, select your zodiac sign, or upload a palm photo. Your input is sent to our secure backend for processing.
2. AI interprets using traditional frameworks
Our AI models (GPT-4, Claude) are prompted with detailed instructions rooted in established traditions — not free-form guessing. Each reading type uses a specific framework (see below).
3. You receive a structured reading
The AI returns a structured interpretation with a summary, symbolic analysis, and practical guidance. Readings are generated natively in your language — not translated.

Dream Interpretation
Guided by Jungian dream psychology and cross-cultural symbolism. Dreams are analysed for archetypal symbols, emotional themes, and personal significance — not treated as literal predictions.
Tarot Readings
Based on the Rider-Waite-Smith tradition, the most widely used tarot system. Card meanings follow established upright and reversed interpretations, contextualised by spread position and your question.
Horoscopes
Based on Western tropical astrology. Daily horoscopes are generated for each sun sign with mood, compatibility, and guidance. They reflect general astrological themes, not individual birth chart analysis.
Palm Reading
Based on traditional chiromancy (palmistry). AI analyses the major palm lines (heart, head, life, fate), hand shape, and mounts from your uploaded photo to generate an interpretation.
Your Data
- Your dreams, readings, and palm photos are stored securely so you can revisit them.
- We do not sell, share, or use your personal data for advertising.
- You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings.
- AI providers process your input to generate readings but do not retain it for training.
Limitations
- Not professional advice. Readings are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial guidance.
- Not predictions. AI-generated readings interpret symbols and themes — they do not predict the future.
- AI can be wrong. Interpretations are generated, not divinely inspired. Take what resonates and leave what does not.
